Chase had been on people's shit list for a few years because they were dropping/banning right wing political figures and their web sties from using Chase banking & merchant services.

Planning to launch a political campaign? Better not use Chase merchant services on your website or for you official campaign.

Running a small business trying to sell American themed apparel, coffee, or anything firearm related? Do not use Chase.

It's actually to the point that Chase is financially hurting now yet they keep pulling stupid stunts like this.

This is why everyone on the right has been switching to local credit unions and using crypto currency.

More importantly why plenty of people are waiting for Gab to open up their new payment services. So websites & apps can get back to doing business instead of having to deal with Chase, Paypal, Skrill, Visa, & Master Card from fucking them over by canceling their merchant accounts leaving them without payment processors.

Crypto isn't bullet proof either, American based services like Coinbase & BitPay were also pressured by the Banking/Payment Cartel into canceling people's accounts.

Basically, Chase has been doing this to individuals for several years now. To the point that it's become common knowledge among the general populace, especially people who are politically on the Republican/Right-Wing side.

They slowed down a bit during the Trump admin but ramped back up getting rid of prominent Republican and "right-wing" figures. Including people who were using Chase merchant services to power their web stores.
