Not sure where you got the 5"8" from...

I wrote "Bill is 6'2", HRC is 5'6".. that's exactly 8" difference." read that again slowly....

In the pic from Bills inauguration, HRC is wearing about 2" heels.... which puts the top of her head at about the level of bills nose. The OP's pic has her entire head below Bills shoulder!!!

Come' on man... this isn't rocket science... elementary researching at best.
