If you are an American and we’re not military deployed there, I have zero fucking sympathy for you. You chose to be there. YOU DID THIS TO YOURSELF. YOU had no backup plan of your own, let alone the incompetent people around you egging you on. 20 years and trillions of TAX PAYER dollars disappeared into that shithole desert, including into your pockets and I’m supposed to feel sorry for you? 20 years of, “uh, situation normal, everything’s fine just send more money.” I don’t care what rationalizations you make. Your making an assumption that bc people dont care about the cia operation in Afghanistan wich lead to your current situation we dont care about peoples health in general thats a huge stretch. We dont care bc you all made the bed.

Only reason fat people and smokers are getting treatment is bc we live in a free country where they can do that. They didnt leave. Go on tell us all what you do or did over there that has led to your current situation. Approach on a real level rather than try the old "you must not care about this then bc of x"(which is completely unrelated) why make arguments like that why not explain why your there and need to leave. And need help and how.
