Only reason fat people and smokers are getting treatment is bc we live in a free country where they can do that. They didnt leave. Go on tell us all what you do or did over there that has led to your current situation. Approach on a real level rather than try the old "you must not care about this then bc of x"(which is completely unrelated) why make arguments like that why not explain why your there and need to leave. And need help and how.

all around me are Biden voters. They don't want to engage. I used to say "high, how's it going, blah blah blah" when I ran into one while walking my dog, now they know I will ask them so they don't even come near me.
