Mask mandates in America didn’t start with the coronavirus pandemic. During the Spanish flu of 1918, government officials ordered similar edicts, their media and nonprofit lackeys shamed the resistant, and health agents in some cases went to fatal extremes to punish the noncompliant, Fox News’s Tucker Carlson reported Monday during his monologue.

At the height of the worst pandemic in American history – the Spanish flu of 1918 – cities across the country did something, modern America would find familiar. They issued mandatory mask mandates and punished anyone who didn't comply. "The man or woman or child who will not wear a mask now is a dangerous slacker," read a typical announcement from the Red Cross.

The city of San Francisco, took the rules so seriously that a city health agent shot a man who refused to wear a mask – he hit the two bystanders who happened to be standing behind the man. That seemed a bit much to some people, but many others went along with it. They were afraid of the virus. They wanted to do their part to stop it. Most of all, they trusted their leaders. If their leaders put a mandate in place, they assumed it was for a good reason and they wanted to help. (Fox News)

But then something happened that shook the American public from their blind obedience. A photograph surfaced from a boxing match in San Francisco. Among those attending were several high-ranking public officials—all unmasked.

“The photograph went national. Americans were shocked to discover that the people making and enforcing the rules had no intention of following those rules,” Carlson said. “Mask mandates across the country ended shortly after. The public was willing to endure inconvenience, but not hypocrisy.”

Fair enough, but still lazy journalism.

but still lazy journalism.

You are right. That is the progression of everything these days. Put forward as little effort as possible and collect a check.

Wondering if the mask push is more then meets the eye, once heard the vaccine will be the pandemic, then you find out about Chichen vacine and the effects is has on chicken population called Marek https://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2021/08/to_understand_the_covid_vaccine_and_the_delta_variant_check_out_the_chickens.html

Provincetown, Massachusetts had an outbreak after the Fourth of July where three-fourths of 469 infections were among vaccinated people.

Provincetown was a huge aids epidemic back in the 80' and 90's. Coincidence?

Marek's disease affects chickens, not humans. It's one of the deadliest viruses in the world, killing one hundred percent of unvaccinated chickens in ten days.

There was a woman back in the 50's that made a virus that killed a man with cancer in 30 days. There is a link between viruses and cancer. Luckily for the human population these people are sick in the head and probably can't figure out how to "gain of function" a regular virus with "Marek's disease". Praise God! You know they are trying.

This is a spiritual war. Ephesians 6:12 For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Almost sounds like He is talking about the Illuminati.

The bible says that God will keep his people safe from the plaques. Read your bible and get close to God. Many people gave their lives to give us the bible (God's word).
