Actually, I just took another peek. That was her response to the crowd probably trying to get her attention and she didn't even pay attention or hear the first question.

She reacted like an adored actress.

In other words, I don't think she was responding to the question we heard. Jet's engine was loud and hard to hear over.

For the record I CAN'T STAND HER. And I am not making excuses for her. But, it didn't appear to me that she was specifically laughing at the one question we heard asked.
