I just filled out my ballot in CA and it doesn't look anything like in the video. Everything was ok, and no strange fold, or misalignment, or holes etc.

I’ve looked at four California Ballots so far, they do not have those holes in the mail-in envelope. This may be because each county Registrar of Voters is different.
