Reagan supported the freedom fighters of Afghanistan (Bin Laden). When we ended support suddenly, Bin Laden became radicalized against the US. Al Queda was created.

The US once again moved in and tried to take over Afghanistan. When they pulled out, people who had been working with the US were slaughtered and once again more radicals were created. The region was destabilized and the Taliban was created.

Now we are destabilizing the area once again. 10,000 translators that worked for the US are trying to get out of the country. The Taliban are taking over and will likely kill or flip anyone who worked with the US. If we created Al Quaeda and the Taliban by destabilizing the region, what will we create this time?

Movie was not bad. I've read the book twice seen the movie once maybe twice. Book is very eye opening to say the least.
