Jill Biden is wearing a walking boot (a.k.a. possible ankle monitor) on her left foot while wearing a white (possibly implying 'surrender') dress. We've heard about outfits worn by the First Lady (even though she's a squatter) as being 'flags' to signal something to observers (per Juan O'Savin). But who knows - this is just speculation.

There was also this at the symposium. They said they were going to make the announcement the next day (12th) but that was the day they had so much trouble staying online. Who knows?
