Biden is probably dead or close enough to it that the puppet master (read: BHO) can't keep up appearances anymore. I honestly wonder if the Afghanistan sell to China was supposed to be a bit more "diplomatic" and controlled, but China gave Taliban resources and they couldn't help themselves.
