Unfortunately it seems to me that at the present time, no-one can accurately verify exactly what was done , by who and how and also forensically prove it - without access to the EMS machines, Vote tabulators, Dominium software and Servers, Network devices etc. Everything else (while it may be correct) is really just informed speculation or as the symposium billed 'expert analysis'.
