Bills are generally sent to the Library of Congress from GPO, the Government Publishing Office, a day or two after they are introduced on the floor of the House or Senate. Delays can occur when there are a large number of bills to prepare or when a very large bill has to be printed.

I wish I could be flip about this but the systems to roll out vax passports are already in place. People have to stay awake, not get distracted and refuse at a local, state, regional and federal level.

You make a great point but something tells me that the airlines have been bought out by the government. The only way for the government to have such power over industry is if they are paying them imo.

Well all the airlines fought back except United for vaccine mandates.

It takes a lot to keep these planes flying and profitable as we saw after 9/11.

They'd make you think so. I think it was a final power grab to control the industry. United has been a pawn of the government for decades just like Boeing. They are both headquartered in Chicago. The most politically corrupt city in the nation. I think they still own that honor. Anyway, I was in that industry for years and followed it closely. Something stinks here imo.

So, in other words, they're going to lock Americans into the country so that we can't go anywhere outside the USA and return without getting vaxxed - even if the airline we fly on isn't mandating the vax. Greaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat. :-( It's like the concertina wire on top of the fence is facing in towards WE THE PEOPLE - INSIDE the country. We'll be prisoners here unable to leave (except 'one way' ticket) if this bill passes.

Didn't know that he helped write the Patriot Act in 1995. He's been Deep State for his entire time in Congress just like McCain and Graham, Pelosi and Byrd.

The bible talks about God's Mark of Authority as being the Sabbath. The bible speaks of the Anti-Christ wanting to change God's Laws and Times presumably as his mark of authority. What Judas in the church says that Sunday is their Mark of Authority? W\hat every reformer knew and most today do not. The antichrist Papacy. So I expect that the Papacy will push for a day of rest for our shared planet (a term the papacy uses. sounds nice doesn't it?) and that will be Sunday. (under the guise of fighting Climate Change)

I used to fly all over the place. Since 911, I can count the times I've flown on one hand. DHS has ruined flying.
