An Arizona Senator is pushing to have the 2020 Presidential election results decertified following the results of the audit.

WND said Senator Wendy Rogers launched a website for the decertification of the election results following the "display of evidence" from the recently concluded audit, which is still pending the release of its official report.

The senator's website contains a photo of former President Donald Trump and a petition "to decertify the election." The website disclosed that it was created through the funding of the senator, and also highlighted statements made by Trump that reinforces Roger's agenda of decertification. Rogers announced the petition in her Twitter account last August 5.

"President Trump knows I am fighting hard for election integrity, which is why he quoted me twice in the same week. If you agree with me and President Trump that we must recall our electors and decertify the 2020 election, add your name and let's get this done!" Rogers stressed in the website.

Last month, Rogers revealed intentions that she "will be fighting, fighting, fighting" for the decertification of President Joe Biden's votes based on the results of the Arizona forensic audit that warrants it "is absolutely imperative."

"We have to finish the audit, we have to hold the Maricopa County supervisors accountable to include possibly sending them to jail. There is already enough information to justify this," Rogers announced.

Congress and the State legislatures that are resposible for running each States election, declared Nov 03 as the 'Day of Election' anything not received by 12pm including late ballots is null and void according to the actual specific wording in the constitution, regardless of whatever election amendments created by Gov's or legislatures ...

I don't have a clue as to what you said or mean there.

Are you a bit slow ??. In all official documents and legislation the US general election is given a single day. For the 2020 Election that date was ' the day of Nov 3'. The Constitution also decrees how The Presidential Election is to be ran and is very specific that for the general populace only votes and ballots cast on or before 'the day of election' count. Not this three fcking weeks of trawling through 'public drop boxes' or 'looky here found another 30 000 votes for biden out in that abandoned truck in the carpark ' . Get it now half ass ?? ......

That's a great post, except that it sucks. The official election day every 2 years for Congress and every 4 years for the President are always always always the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November. That means it will be as early as November 2nd (first monday being the first up to November 8 first monday being the 7th). 2020's was November 3rd, id bet Money you can figure what the day before's date was. The 12th Amendment lays out the process for electing the President but the days of it are found in federal Law 3 USC ch. 1 secs. 1 thru 21. The Presidential election isn't until the first Monday after the 2nd Wednesday in Dec. Your vote in november does not count towards electing the President really it counts toward your states appointment of Electors who in turn vote in the middle of December. This concludes your election class for today.

Everything you said about votes in drop boxes and trucks in car parks is not nearly as stupid as what you said about the elections. Frankly I am impressed that both those thoughts came out of the same brain. I mean no disrespect but your "analysis" of what the Constitution and Legislation was pure ignorance or blatant stupidity. Oh yeah I think i have disproved being slow or a half ass. You are the one proved they are clueless. I'll leave it at that. Have a good day.
