First thing why are they getting paid? All should be taken into custody in handcuffs and put in jail without bail! They have left the people so dereliction of duty. They should be prosecuted!

Read the legislature articles, it only allows for the politicians to 'arrested' by the senate, to enable them to then be brought back to the house to perform their constitutional duties - not a jail term , not an actual judicial arrest. Show and ponies, smoke and mirrors, bread and circus ....
