First thing why are they getting paid? All should be taken into custody in handcuffs and put in jail without bail! They have left the people so dereliction of duty. They should be prosecuted!

Read the legislature articles, it only allows for the politicians to 'arrested' by the senate, to enable them to then be brought back to the house to perform their constitutional duties - not a jail term , not an actual judicial arrest. Show and ponies, smoke and mirrors, bread and circus ....

The Texas Supreme Court ruled against them as far as their pay. They aren't getting paid.

The Texas Supreme Court ruled against them as far as their pay. They aren't getting paid. As far as the arrest warrants o0shad0o says that a Democrap Judge has stopped the warrants. I'm trying to find something on that. Stay tuned.

They’d get to sit on their fat asses all day doing nothing except stare at the wall, someone takes care of them, feeds them, and tells them what to do and when to do it.
