It truly is just so tiresome. Ultimately, and i just can't prove it in a single comment but there is enough easily to find documented proof and examples throughout the entire political and social spheres, that led me to personally believe that once you reach the ability to 'effect, influence, inform' a sizable amount of people in your community or in a larger capacity, there are just so many avenues of deliberate obfuscation, corruption and purposeful distraction that can be set against you or the topic you're discussing. In a word - the Hegelian Dialectic - Thesis, Antithesis, Synopsis. Ergo Establishment Gas-lighting, Distraction , Co-opting. The fact that these people, that have enough money and resources to insulate themselves or their organisations from it or call on the expertise and guidance of others that do to successfully combat it - but don't - always has me questioning their real motives ....
