I do agree though, with the idea that repeating certain things you might believe in public will absolutely sink election prospects. Especially when most of the people at the forefront of pushing these “conspiracy theories” that most of us know actually are true are usually nut jobs.
I mean they happen to be right, but they lack the self-awareness to not look like complete dipshits when speaking about what they know to be true.
It’s unfortunate, there are a lot of fairly conservative people that have bailed out on things like election fraud because most of the people railing against it look absolutely bonkers. Also, constantly promising huge boom boom boom revelations and proof and massive amount of evidence, and never coming through, makes people start to wonder if it’s even true in the first place.
