Technically he is correct. States certified the appointment of the Electors who in turn voted for biden and Congress certified that election. Only way out for biden is thru impeachment conviction and removal or 25th Amendment processes. There is no undoing the steal, peacefully anyway. edit added; the audits need to be used to inspire Republican controlled State Legislatures to change the regulations covering the federal elections. Those Legislatures do not need their gov's signature for the federal elections, Legislatures have Art. 1 sec 4 Authority to "prescribe the Manner" of the federal elections. It does not say "State Legislatures may by Law prescribe the Manner of electing Reps and Sens." if it did then they would need the governor to sign them but it doesn't so they don't.
