There was a video of a guy who used a black light and you could see the injection site glowing and even some in the veins of his hand. You know it's over the target because they took the video down, referenced in the video above.

Did some quick searching. GO is different than MGO. The magnetic version (MGO) is bound to hydrogen, making it metallic graphene oxide. As it is metallic, it is ferromagnetic.
