I can guarantee you that if there are Americans being tried at GITMO their names will definitely not be on any publicly available website. If this is as big as we think there is, no way they're going to tip off anyone else that one of their co-conspirators is at Gitmo being tried for Treason.

Military Commissions is not going to try people of the US; ‘§ 948c. Persons subject to military commissions ‘‘Any alien unprivileged enemy belligerent is subject to trial by military commission as set forth in this chapter. Alien: an individual not a citizen of the United States of America. Unprivileged enemy belligerent: engaged in hostilities against the US or its coalition partners. Military Commissions Act of 2009.

If you look at the active cases, they were al Qaeda/terrorist actions.
