Its maddening because of the level of stupid out there. Watching people spout such nonsense as "WHY would they lie" and following these ridiculous fucking edicts without so much as a PEEP of displeasure drives me nuts. How fucking DUMB must you be to NOT be able to put 2 and 2 together?
You are speaking my very words. Talking to people is like talking to a wall. They actually think everything is just fine. One must have their head buried so far in the sand to believe that. Part of me thinks it's a self preservation technique. They can't handle the truth of the situation so they convince themselves everything is OK. I share your frustration.

No problem. I learned this term a few years ago myself. Cant remember where I heard it but as soon as I looked at the description a lot of things fell into place. THIS is exactly why you'l NEVER wake up whatever they deem to be "enough" people when 70% refuse to let go of their safe space thinking.
