You are speaking my very words. Talking to people is like talking to a wall. They actually think everything is just fine. One must have their head buried so far in the sand to believe that. Part of me thinks it's a self preservation technique. They can't handle the truth of the situation so they convince themselves everything is OK. I share your frustration.
