They keep employing stalling tactics because it continues to work. That’s why it matters. Everybody keeps saying it’s because they are panicking, it’s not. It’s because it works. We had four years to send a message through the enforcement of law, that this would no longer stand. Instead we had millions of people trusting a plan instead of putting enormous pressure on the White House (the only thing they EVER responded to was pressure) to actually drain the swamp and do what was needed to see that law was enforced and the ones who refused to do so should have been fired and replaced. They spied on him, lied about it, obtained warrants illegally, and were caught red-handed… And nothing happened to them. That was when they knew the dam was completely open and that they could get away with whatever they wanted. Then they tested the theory by sending out terrorists to burn down churches and cities… And nothing happened to them. Then they violated the constitutional rights of citizens all across our nation… And nothing happened to them. They locked people down and received *federal funding* in response. Governors who should’ve been arrested under emergency orders and powers were allowed to violate the Constitution live and in color, on television for the world to see, and get away with it. The guy that millions of people were relying on decided to put Fauci on TV every day. The right wing version of NPC’s decided to just excuse every single betrayal from the man they supported and even made up excuses like we were “exposing” people like Fauci. What happened with all of that exposure? Hell, I was even told that losing the election was part of the plan. How is that plan working out for us? Supposedly we did it to ensnare them in a trap, a trap that was never sprung. Most of his failures were written off as “part of the plan to trap them“ and no one has been trapped to this point. No one. No one has been busted or prosecuted. It wasn’t Democrats that got republicans to convince themselves and millions of others that everything was going as it needed to go, and that everything was fine, and then that arrests were coming any day now. It wasn’t Democrats who convinced millions of Republicans to sit on the sidelines, it wasn’t Democrats that excusedthe complete lack of action and accountability from the White House. Nope. They were rooting it on! It wasn’t them. They were too busy being shocked and amazed and thrilled that Republicans were the ones saying that everything was going well and everything was on track, they couldn’t believe their luck, Republicans were the one sabotaging themselves. It was millions of people who believed that everything was on its proper course and convince millions of others of the same. And the one who convinced them conveniently disappeared right around election time. For people who callthemselves Internet detectives, you would think they’d be able to put two and two together.
