Ive been on The Island for 25 yrs. Had MORE than enough of this fucking insanity. I'm a red stater in the bluest of blue states same as you its absolutely DISGUSTING. I was just out there in July looking at land in Wyoming and SD. Settled on that same area. Deadwood/Spearfish/Lead/Sturgis. In the final looking phases now found sound great lots need to fly out once more to pick a final one then start building, I will be SO glad to see NY in my rearview you have NO idea.
