Biden and the democrats don't want Cubans, that risked life and limb to escape communism, in the US because they cannot put them on the democrat plantation and enslave them for votes. It's no more complicated than that.

Since the vast majority of illegals pouring through our southern border are purported not being Mexicans, I have a hunch that a percentage of them are Cubans. Cuba is separated from the Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico is only 127 mi across between Cancun. Key West is 94 miles from Cuba, so we are talking about 33 more miles in distance. What better way to reach the United States than through Mexico?

I suspect many of those streaming in at the border are NOT Cubanos but a different critter. Entirely.

Freedom loving Cubans are being discouraged by those who are doing [their] damnedest to destroy our freedom. Last thing the Pretender and the whole gamut of [DS] minions want are able bodied and dedicated lovers of what would be new found liberty.

Cubans? They would be part of the threat picture to [their] inexorable bent towards totalitarianism and shoring up elitist privilege. This so-called administration has pretty much said, you can just drown in your striving to flee to freedom. So much for "humanitarian concern'.

Anyone else? By all means, come right on in, and we will provide travel, food, lodging, medical care, etc etc.

You may be right. From the pictures I saw they didn't look like they were even from this Hemisphere. Who knows who is coming into our country.
