Yeah that’s basically what I found after googling Alberta. They make it seem like they’re doing it in their own and the media is feigning outrage at the leaders, never mentioning the lawsuit.

I loved the articles about people that are going to move because of the restrictions being lifted and others are scared for their children returning to school and may move(don’t know if you can home school in Canada).

Dude they dropped the restrictions back in fucking June. The guy won in court because Alberta themselves do not have a copy of the sequenced virus. Doesn't mean the virus has never been sequenced. The problem is that a Jewish company is the only company that has "sequenced" the virus. The company's name is Illumina. Sure would be a shame if it turned out that Illumina made a bad analysis and they formulated every vaccine using this data. Every single vaccine could be trash if the initial data was bunk. Take faith in God and Jesus Christ and stand up and speak truth to power. Disavow friendsships, get fired if neccesary but never stop speaking truth. Peace out.

This is really twisting what the documents actually say. Denna Henshaw's lawyer is saying that the information the accused is seeking is not "material evidence" relevant to the criminal charges against him. Therefore, they have no "material evidence" to offer in the case and seek to have the supeona for Denna Henshaw quashed.

So what did the July 1plan include?

"Stage 3 of the Open for Summer Plan Alberta's Open for Summer Plan safely eased restrictions in 3 stages as vaccination targets were reached and hospitalizations declined.

Starting July 29, Alberta will begin safely bringing COVID-19 measures in line with those used for respiratory viruses, while keeping strong measures in place to protect Albertans.

Mask use in public indoor settings is no longer required except when: working in or visiting any continuing care facility, as well as any facility operated by AHS, Covenant or their contracted service providers, using public transit, including ride share vehicles, taxis, motor coaches and shuttles

Alberta’s requirements for isolation (if you have symptoms) and quarantine (if you have been exposed to COVID-19 through a close contact) remain in place. Provincial quarantine rules for returning international travellers have been lifted, but federal requirements remain in place.

Starting July 29 Close contacts of an individual with COVID-19 will no longer be legally required to quarantine, unless directed to do so by local public health. Individuals with COVID-19 symptoms and confirmed cases will still be required to isolate. Hotel rooms for isolation will be available on a reduced basis.

Starting August 16 The 10-day isolation period following a positive test result will no longer be mandatory, but will be strongly recommended.
