Patriot, today my wife was informed if she doesn't get the death shot she will be terminated on 8/23. She refuses to get it along with her co workers that take care of the elderly and rehab patients. Any advice would be appreciated.
That sucks man. Make a post on /s/askpoal. If she does take the vax, (which I don’t think she should do) she should get a d-dimer test before and after, which will establish hypercoagulation from the vax which would be basis to sue.

Tell her not to refuse. Just say you need to defer until clinical trials are complete prove it to be safe. The trials finish in 2023. Legally that is not a refusal.
