NO one can actually believe there is suddenly a coin shortage of 'worthless' metal coins by the gazillions. Of Course they are trying to FORCE a Cashless, Traceable card for every public OR private transaction.
Last year when they tried it, many cashiers would roll their eyes or use finger quotes when they would say "There's a coin shortage so we can only accept exact change otherwise you have to use a card."
“Keep the change”
I started doing that with the small mom and pop stores whether they have a sign about it or not. But with the big, corporate stores, I have my pouch of coins handy. A couple of clerks have commented, "Good for you! I do the same thing. They're not going to force us into using cards that they can use to track us and then one day disable our cards." These were older teens/younger twenties so there is hope for the future!
WE can only refuse to do business with the Liberal/communists and withhold our money. IF my bank told me that my 40 year account would be closed. It would not stop it, but if the Middle Mang. sees they are promoting Communism and Quit the bank would close.
