Its amazing that in your eyes Trump is NEVER at fault for ANYTHING. An unfortunate victim of the deep state. Yet HE wanted the job, campaigned for it, begged for it and stated HE alone could and would clean shit up. He FAILED miserably but its not his fault. He threw a monkey wrench into their plans.
