Is entrapment a law any more? How about 'fruit-of-the-poison-tree? Are these even laws in a our 'Law Positive' legal field? What ever happened to Common Law? I forgot 'Law Positive' is a central tenet in law schools now with Common Law as a mere mentioning.
Great question Patriot, we have seen gen Flynn tried and convicted on a warrant that was obtained by fraud upon the FISA Court, we have reportedly heard about coercion and entrapment. I always wondered why Gen Flynn's Atty's never exposed the FISA Warrant being obtained by fraud on the FISA Courts.
Flynn was not convicted of anything. He withdrew his 'guilty' plea under representation of Sidney Powell as a result of glaring injustice to the Flynn family and the abuse of our justice system. The Justice department then withdrew their charges when it was publicized they acted unprofessionally. The Judge then acted in an unprecedented manner never seen before in jurisprudence and refused the DOJ motion. When Sullivan acted to be counsel, jury, and judge in the case, making a mockery of the court, President Trump stepped in and ended the charade by pardoning Flynn. There was no finding of guilt by the court.
Patriot, I stand corrected. Thank you. The question remains they knowingly went to trial all based on a Warrant obtained by fraud upon the Courts, The Warrant was not valid.
