And people who know more about law than I do said that he could. I don’t know if that’s true.
But if he can’t then he shouldn’t have opened his fucking mouth and humiliated patriotic Texans yet again.
Words have consequences, results actually matter, things this governor still hasn’t figured out. Shocked Trump isn’t overtly endorsing him. Same aversion to results to back up tough talk.
