I've been writing about Dul for a long time, including on Voat - but it didn't get much attention. That twitter post is the tip of the iceberg.
Here are my posts from voat about this. Please read them and consider what we see happening today. I don't mean this in a rude way, but I am SO frustrated. Look at what I was saying back then. I KNOW this system, and I KNEW what they were going to do in 2020. And, although this is just my voat posts about Dul, I was writing about the SAME system back in 2016 - AND IT'S STILL BEING COVERED UP. I was writing about Pro V&V in 2016 - and now Epoch and TGP are FINALLY talking about it - and STILL not telling the whole story - because they STILL PROTECTING THE CORE SYSTEM. GET IT!!!???? This is why I am pissed as hell. And I know that being pissed here is considered an ugly trait - but too bad - I care about my country and see the HUGE ruse being played out and can't even get Patriots to listen.

Bo Dul was born in Cambodia and was an attorney with Perkins Coie - the same firm where Marc Elias, HRC campaign attorney, works.

Aiding illegal immigrants, particularly in light of the current immigration controversy, seems a huge conflict of interest for a state Elections Director.

It won't stop it entirely, but, as it is now, people can be solicited to register in parking lots. Tightening up the registration venues would help a lot.
The feds need to start arresting officials who are allowing sanctuary cities and toss out the illegals who are breaking the law being here in the first place.
Absolutely! This is another situation where, instead of dealing with the cause of the problem, (unlawful entry, sanctuary cities as you point out) they address the symptoms.
They also need to go after people like the guys who ran the fake "russian bot" scam in the Alabama election.
The biggest problem, however, lies with the registration lists - Anyone with access to the VR system could add registrants, and it would be nearly undetectable. Same with retaining deceased registrants. Fraudulent registrations, coupled with mail-in or remote ballots is the biggest threat and isn't getting enough attention. . This is why POTUS wanted the lists and why states rose up against it. Along these lines, you might be interested in my other post in this thread, re: current AZ state election director founded the Phoenix service that provides free legal representation to illegals.

Patriot, this is massive as you stated. I never understood why many things like what you shared back then did not get traction either. I always looked at it as the Insurance Policies , It was deeper then the 7th Floor. They ensured we had selections instead of elections. This all needs to be posted as a new thread, I suspect we have more people willing to listen. And hope they secure this offline also. This should show people this was way bigger then they ever imagined.
Lakota, I'm a reasonably intelligent person - it was NEVER my intention to spend THOUSANDS of hours on this, but I have bc I know how important it is - not for us but for our descendants. We - THROUGH OUR OWN IGNORANCE - are locking future generations into a system from which they will be unable to escape. At least we have the luxury of bad decisions - our descendants will have the luxury of NO decisions bc their lives are going to be controlled and determined by data points.

TEAM H CAN GENERATE ELECTRONIC BLANK BALLOTS AND REMOTELY MARK THEM. IT WILL BE UNDETECTABLE. It has been a plan 6-7 years in the making, and once H is in, "our US" is gone forever - it will be in the hands of the Omidyar Group. It started in 2009 when Schumer got the MOVE Act passed that allowed new voting technology to serve overseas voters. Pew Charitable Trust provided supporting documentation for the Act. This is important because H's former COS, Luzzatto, (who was also COS to Rockefeller, recommended to him by Podesta) is Pew Sr. VP and Dir. of Gov. Relations. Since 2011 the Omidyar Group, through Democracy Fund (DF) has been funding studies used to support legislation and voting technology standards regulation. DF has also been funding Pew's Election Initiatives project. In 2013 an executive order created the PCEA, and most of the people on the PCEA are connected to Pew or to entities receiving grants from DF. Another Omidyar arm, Democracy Fund Voice (DFV) states on its site that it will work to appoint three EAC commissioners needed to reactive the EAC's Standards Board, responsible for approving new voting standards. In 2014, upon advice from the "stacked" PCEA, Obama appointed three EAC commissioners, all having ties to DF grantees. In 2015 the Standards board approved Project 1622's standard (which is trademarked.) This means they now have a common data format (CDF) that allows them to convert the data formats that vary across registration databases, voting machines, etc. In 2012, Pew released the Electronic Registration Information Center (ERIC) a voter registration database that also contains information about but non-registered but eligible voters based on DMV and other records. Pew aggressively marketed it ERIC, citing Pew studies, the PCEA recommendations (from DF grantees,) evidence presented at Congressional hearings (again, all tied to Pew DF or H-camp in some way,) and endorsements from the NCSL (along with big contributions made to state SOS and legislators, e.g. Emily's List donated over $200,000 to WV SOS campaign.) In 2016, Pew offered grants to states joining ERIC by May 31. Pew is also offering grants to cover mailing costs for registration postcards, and several states have received them. ERIC is in 21 states. Ohio (a very recent ERIC join) is "testing" Random Ballot Marking System in the election. That proves RBMS IS operable - probably in all the ERIC states, at least. The RBMS was created by Civic Design - another DF grantee. Pew also created the Voting Information Project in conjunction with Google. The two Pew people instrumental in developing and marketing ERIC and VIP left Pew in August, citing funding cuts. They incorporated in September and one of them testified in the recent Oversight Cybersecurity hearing. Another thing - the Soros-connected voting machines are in ERIC states or states with other connections to the scheme I've described above. Additionally, the entire VBM operation is in Omidyar's hands: VBM national coordinator, Tammy Patrick, is tied to Pew, PCEA, the TGDC (related to voting standards,) and the USPS link for election mail resources is to Election Center, funded by DF. Amen Patriot, I did not think it would be this many hours either, I can relate to that. It is important ,and why we have continued on. This is why a Digital Army was needed. even I have felt at times I could use a staff. And why I appreciate all our Patriots and Anons researching and getting the information out.
Many people have different interests in what is going on, many times subjects they are familiar with the past or present. This makes it hard because we are reaching out to everyone. But we are having success because Fake News MSM's ratings are dropping , of course they will not tell you that.
We also have seen reports where people are refusing the JAB to the point Biden wants people to go door to door.
What you shared with me with all the links is all great research. As I read it I wondered how many people who may have read this fully comprehend what they have just read ? I mean fully comprehend. This is not your fault or their fault. We know full well how the education has failed the students for decades now. And may be a reason why it never gained traction as it should have.
There are many High School Graduates in College taking High School classes before they can start taking College classes because they are not up to speed. High School was supposed to prepare them for College. Pointed out many times how the Education System has committed some of the biggest fraud on tax payers.

Not sure why they have not covered this aspect with voter fraud, but aware the first priority was to get people to realize voter fraud did happen.
