Earlier today the Arizona Senate held a hearing on the ongoing Maricopa County forensic audit.

The audit team announced there were 74,000 ballots that were received and included in the 2020 Election in Maricopa County than were mailed out. Logan reported this along with other issues already identified per their work.

They found 74,243 mail-in ballots with NO clear record of them ever being sent!

The audit team also announced that ballots were counted that WERE NOT on the proper paper stock and WERE NOT in proper printing alignment. Other ballots were marked with Sharpie pens that bled through the paper.

According to elections expert Jovan Pulitzer what was presented today was just the appetizer before the main course to come!

Following the explosive hearing on Thursday Arizona State Senator Wendy Rogers called on the state to recall the Biden electors and conduct a new election.

I do not know who is going to have the courage to take any corrective action concerning the Big Steal, nor do i expect any penalties or redress. That is how much faith i have in our system anymore. There are still some upstanding politicians somewhere (right?) but likely not enough to flip this thing. It is too cushy of a job with mad benefits to want to upset the feeding trough.

Then what vastly concerns me is the more we see evidence of fraud, then what will be the reaction of millions to the truth of theft/tyranny being imposed?

That is not how this works. There is ZERO way of "recalling" Electors. They were appointed in the "Manner" chosen by the State then certified by the State then their votes were counted and certified by Congress. The only way of getting rid of Biden is thru impeachment and removal, resignation, or 25th amendment process. Suggesting otherwise is just stupid. The point of auditing votes is to get the States to better their systems for future elections. There is no undo of Electors' votes by a State unless the State had a Law authorizing an undo which would have had to be in place prior to the election and appointment of the 12th Amendment Electors.

I am not saying it wasn't stolen. I am saying there is no undoing it. The only thing that can be done is to get State Legislatures to clean up the process for future elections. That is what those millions of people need to focus on. They did it while we were asleep. You can't undo a nightmare you had, you can only try to not have it happen again.

Do you have a legal precedent case stating that and would that precedent override the Constitutional 12th Amendment process that was followed and certified Biden? Since it was Congress that certified it , it would be Congress that would decertify. State certification of its election after Nov election and certifying their 12th Amendment Electors per 3 USC by Dec. 8th 2020.

In order to decertify the Electors and make Biden the loser, you would need the Legislatures of Arizona, Georgia and Wisconsin to decertify then find Federal judges to rule it Constitutional and survive appeals thru to and including the supreme Court then Congress to actually decertify the Jan. 6th certification. But wait there's more; After decertifying those Electors those States would have to appoint the other Electors which if they all voted for Trump would result in a tie of 269 to 269 and that would put the Election of President to the House and the election of the Vice President to the Senate so Trump would possibly win in the House by a vote of State delegations but the Senate would vote 50 50 leaving now Vice President Harris to cast the deciding vote, unless of course you were to reinstate the Senators that were in Office on January 6th for the purpose of voting to elect the VP in which case the Republicans had the majority but then you would need Romney, Collins and Murkowsky to vote for Pence.

If I am wrong could you please enlighten me to the process you say would work? Being that I am a Veteran that swore the Oath I would be in favor of replacing Biden/Harris so long as the process conformed to the Constitution that I swore to give my Life to Defend and Protect.
