You are exactly right, during the 2020 election those rules were in place and they got caught and nothing was done about it, that is what is so frustrating about this whole story. I remember reading some articles on how Dominion/Smartmatic were DENYING that their FRAUDMASTER machines were connected in any way to the internet. Then it was proven by IT specialists that those machines had several redundancies that gave them access to the internet by WIFI, LAN, Cell Tower connectivity, even the ability to communicate through anyone's cell phone especially if it was the Alcatel platform and they even found some machines that were using a room thermostat that was connected to a WIFI router. They desperately need to be connected to the internet or they CANNOT cheat! The only way around this is to BAN those bloody things in every State and go back to the old paper ballot without any electronics!
