Is there a reason they cannot vote on the issue without the dems? In my opinion if you fail to show up for a vote then too bad, you auto lose.

Patriot, if they implemented that rule, we would not have this problem. I see it as fraud o the tax payers, as they are paid to work and not joy ride to DC to avoid work.
