They will be sending people door to door to make a list. It will be a list of people to be targeted for special attention. To get on the list, just post a no trespassing sign, or act angry and hostile to the solicitor.

If you wish to be left alone in the future, just tell them the household is fully vaccinated, thank you very much. Smile and tell them you left somebody waiting on the phone or whatever, and close the door.

Their script says "we are not trying to sell you something" but the definition of solicit is VERB: 'ask for or try to obtain (something) from someone'. 'No Soliciting' isn't limited to door to door salesmen it includes anyone asking for information.

There is a difference between dictionary definition and legal definition. Your State Laws will define what constitutes "soliciting". In Michigan it is related to sales so signature gathering or "informative" visitors would not be "soliciting" according to the Law. However they would be Trespassing if proper "no Trespassing" signs are posted. You won't get much satisfaction from a simple home deopt no trespassing sign. Find the ones that say "legal notice" and cites the laws and applicable fines or "land use fees"

some state legislators and AGs are also suggesting land/home owners post 'no trespassing' signs; which we have now done in addition to 'no soliciting'. Here in Ohio, it's a violation of ORC 2911.21 by simply reading the sign and trespassing anyways. Granted, it's only a 4th degree misdemeanor, but it's something and gives us legal recourse - at a local and state level; since HIPAA privacy rule and 4th AD are seemingly moot. I haven't dug further yet, but I would assume, carefully, that these violations in the aggregate can lead us to believe these knockers to be aggressors and therefore dealt with commensurately.

Patriot, if it is posted then just call LE and request them removed and charged. You are under no obligation to answer the door. This way only LE makes contact and then you can meet them at the Magistrates Office. I agree this is in total violation of HIPPA, I would have my Attorney involved also.

Absolutely, my brother. Signs posted, cameras mounted, and counsel sought. I would agree that we are not obligated to answer the door, but I also believe that we must make a stand. I will not tolerate state-sponsored bullying.

Did you see this interview (gab.com)? It is mind blowing. Dr. David Martin is an extremely intelligent individual. He states the mRNA shots are not even for Covid-19 virus. That is not its purpose. It's purpose to reprogram the body to produce spike proteins. It's a time bomb for killing. It is the best video I have seen by far and is worth the time watching.

Ignore no soliciting signs. You're not soliciting! You're offering critical information and resources. What you are doing is not illegal.

'No soliciting' signs might not make it illegal, but 'no trespassing' signs do.

Wording is important.

Get a sign that says "legal notice No Trespassing" with citations of federal laws 18 usc 241, 242 etc... with notice of $10,000 fine for violation and also contains a notice of "land use fee of $5000 per person per day or any part thereof." If posted near your door and someone knocks ask if they read the sign; if they say no ask them to read it. If they don't leave call the sheriff's office because they will owe you the "land use fee of $5000" or they can be fined double that for Trespassing. This will not apply to delivery people ie ;pizza guy, mail person or delivery people because they have your permission to be there by nature of making a delivery of something you ordered.

Thank you for sharing this Patriot. A Civil Lawsuit can provide much information in discovery. It will expose they are pushing a Experimental Vaccine , they will need to produce number of Deaths and Adverse Events, which leads to a Investigation for possible Charges of Crimes against Humanity. Discovery in a Civil matter may expose the real Crimes. How does one legally introduce evidence to the Public ?

My sign says "No Trespassing-Violators will be shot-Survivors will be prosecuted".Since putting signs up 20 years ago,not even Jehovah's Witnesses dare enter our property.Local Police Dept. only advised to be sure I am in the right when exercising my civil liberties,whatever is left of them.
