I am somewhat of an expert in Gunderson because he lived close to me. While he was at the forefront of exposing these crimes I have the exact same thoughts you have. That he was a plant all along. I literally question his entire narrative. And do you know what always bothers me when I hear him speak? After learning about heinous, unimaginable crimes, he never even gets angry reporting them. Not like Phil Schneider does. Not like other people who are deep into what they are saying begin to clench their fists and raise their voice, even just slightly. Not Gunderson. Just as cool as he can be. He showed up in Memphis coming to the defense of the West Memphis Three and gave himself away with that testimony.
Some of the people Gunderson was allegedly trying to help later claimed that he was using them and not really helping at all.
It's been a while since I was researching the events he involved himself in, so I can't remember a lot of the details about him, but I have some notes that I kept that my original comment came from. I focused more on Michael Aquino, who played a huge part in the child trafficking and seems to have worked with Gunderson behind the scenes.
It's interesting how all of it ties into what we're learning now about pedophilia and human trafficking and Satanism at the highest levels. Even Ghislaine Maxwell's family ties in to things going on back then.
Yep. Totally agree. I've been on the fence about Gunderson for a long time. I should look at it this way: with the level of evidence mounted against him and the fact that literally nothing he said resulted in anything should be enough for me to get off the fence. I waiver because I truly believe he was poisoned.
Over his last few years he used a team of people who were working for him (Barbara Hartwell et al.) to bury all negative info about him on Google by posting a huge number of posts and articles that were just attacks on those who had been trying to expose him (or perhaps playing controlled opposition) that just became drawn out side arguments about each other, in order to distract from the real subject at hand. All other negative material on him that still existed online was drowned out to the point that you couldn't find it any more.
Gunderson never went online himself, which allowed him to claim plausible deniability if anything was ever said by others that might make him look bad.
He had plenty of time and opportunity in those last years to reveal whatever he claimed to know about the various cases he involved himself in. But he chose to do nothing.
