Getting us used to living like the rest of the world. Disruption, shortages, cyber attacks, ad infinitum. Second world status at best.

Here is somewhat of my dealing with the madness:
I don't as much feel the hit goods wise (but fuel price hikes are a pain) and food wise as i chose to live very simply and share amongst others what we have in surplus. Also wild game and foraging from God's garden (the most nutrition dense and tasty). Spending as little green as is possible to shore up for a rainy day. Still live well. I am not interested in most of the stuff that folks love to pile up. And i dont pay full price for anything (except fuel).
Grocery wise i find the deals. Also can make plenty out of seemingly nothing. Just being creative. And it is by no means bland and dead like a lot of processed food.
Freezer is full. Pantry is full. Lookin' for us to do some canning. Strangely, canning lids are a bearcat to find, so when any of us find them we share that, too. amongst fam and frens. In a pinch you can use other jars if you know what you are doing.
To defeat a lot of this manufactured crisis crap, it is helpful to have community. Now when it gets really rough if this table dont get flipped, i will make do then as long as i am able. Not to give in or give up. [They] will find me standing.
Godspeed.
