I already did back in November, was ignored entirely. My representative is a young black lady, I'm starting to get the feeling she doesn't give a shit about me.

You are correct, your representative doesn't give a hoot about you. You are writing to send a message not to expect results.

It doesn't really matter in Michigan other than showing fraud occurred. The election won't be overturned. What matters is getting the Legislature to pass separate state election laws and federal election "regulations". The governor is probably going to veto the state laws which is within her power to do. If they pass separate "Regulations" per Article 1 section 4 for the "Manner" of electing Senators and Representatives she does not have the power to veto those since Article 1 sec. 4 grant the power to "prescribe" the "Manner" of the elections. It also refers to the "Manner" as "Regulations" which do not require the governor's signature because they are "Regulations" and not "Laws'.

"Laws" by definition require the executive branch to sign or a veto override in order to become "Law". "Regulations" are rules written by an entity that is authorized by "Law" on a certain subject ie: The ATF, IRS or EPA write "Regulations" by " Laws " passed by Congress . The Constitution is the "Law of the Land" and it grants power to the State Legislatures to "prescribe" the "Regulations" that are the "Manner" of electing our federal Senators and Representatives and the executive branch of the State is not mentioned in Article 1 sec. 4 of the Constitution.

Any legislation that is passed before the audit is suspect in my mind. It's likethe mechanic fixing your car before he's even looked at.

We aint getting an audit in Michigan. And we already know the problems which is what the Legislature is trying to pass but these idiots are going to keep State and fed election rules together and let the wicked bitch of the north veto it.
