UV light killing viruses has been common knowledge for decades. It is one reason why viruses spread more easily in the winter months. It is another reason why face masks are such a damning bad idea. Our exhale is designed for dissipating in the atmosphere. Face masks act like a grapefruit stuffed in a tailpipe of a motor vehicle. It should be obvious to everyone that no matter how one cuts it, wearing face masks are a bad idea.
