If we start with this interview between Tucker Carlson and Glenn Greenwald, we can see they get a lot of the foundation correct, but they misaligned the cornerstone.
When Barack Obama was installed in January 2009, the Democrats held a 60 seat majority in the U.S. Senate. The CIA was in the process of turning over personnel following the Bush era, and as a result of a massive multi-year narrative of diminished credibility (Iraq WMD), a deep purge was underway.
