As someone who was one of the first people to find Q posts on the chans I do not think Q is from the future. You have to remember people like me were already all over those sites trying to figure out what was going on. What was being said in the media in no way resembled what seemed to be going on. Remember there were lots of posts on the chans, some real, some maybe fake, but anyone with the capability to watch traffic, like military intelligence, knew we'd been listening to FBI Anon all summer. People shit talk Q all of the time but the one thing I never see Q haters take on is FBI Anon. Because they can't. One, they are too stupid to even know and two, literally every single thing said by FBI Anon was proved true. Period. So, I do not believe Q is a time traveller, though it's interesting to consider. I think people in the WH figured out if they wanted to reach the people and circumvent the media they had to do it via sites like chan/voat. And it worked. But it all starts with those first few FBI Anon posts.
With that said, Looking Glass is very real but remember timelines aren't set in stone. Looking Glass proves that reality is changed by how many people believe it and reality is changed simply by one person showing up and believing something different. Reality is not what its sold as in college.
How would you send the info? You'd travel to the past to code it in. Remember the internet has been around for over a hundred years. You code it into the actual program. You code for certain dates. Future proves past. While I don't believe Q is a time traveller there is definitely an element is this weird reality that seems like it has the ability to access timelines.
I get where you are coming from. I use time travel simply out of a lack of understanding. To me, accessing multiple time lines is close enough. Thanks for the input
Think about it this way. IF this is a matrix then a matrix is a program and if that program is real then it is hackable. Where it is hacked from doesn't matter because timelines would be accessible from anywhere. Literally. Time isn't what they say it is. We know that. And quantum physics supports what I just said. If all possibilities exist simultaneously then reality is just an agreed on possibility. That possibility collapses when no longer propped up. I've seen some pretty odd things that support this claim and there is a ton of data to back it up. Moving around in time is one thing. Hacking into time a whole other thing. Is that what we're witnessing? Who knows. Its been non stop weird for years now. But I get where you're coming from and its definitely worth asking.

Wait, what? I didn't realize Al Gore was that old.
Seriously though, ARPANET started in 1966. Am I missing something? Honest question.
ARPANET rolled out in the 60's. These technologies as well as wireless were available at least as far back as the 40's. If you work in those industries the proof is already there. I suspect it goes back even further. If you dig deep into World Fair's prior to the turn of the twentieth century you'll start to see a pattern emerging. These were obviously a way to roll out technology seamlessly. Everyone is smart enough to know that tech, from the wheel to the cell phone, does not occur overnight. And yet, it does. ARPANET went wide in the 60's. It was in clandestine use before that.
