More to your point, look how long they lived prior to the flood. 900 years! Their DNA was perfect or close to it. Why did God flood the earth? Because sin had taken over and consumed most. They must have been very talented in skills as they helped Noah build the Ark. They obviously didn't listen to Noah during that 100 years of building the ark. None of them got inside!
