The aftermath of the collapse looks remarkably similar to the Alfred Murray building did in Oklahoma City after the detonation was triggered. If the Champlain Towers South was a collapse due to a compromised foundation, one would see massive junks of fallen structure still in tact on the ground. This doesn't exist though. Instead, everything is pulverized. This fact provides us incontrovertible evidence of a planned detonation to the building. Only detonations can pulverize the structure of a building into fine particles.
