The length from the tip of your finger to the elbow. An effective measure for a single man building.

Distance from the tip of the middle finger to the elbow. Which became standard to be 1.5 feet. So if something was 30 cubits long, it would be 45 feet long.

So “not a flood” is happening - thanks for the heads up.

The end of corruption referred to was pre-flood. Then came the flood, but God won’t send another one. If he is going to end it again (and he will) it has nothing to do with this verse which is referencing past events. Read something closer to the original text, a better translation- and read the preceding verses a little more carefully.
