Now is the time for the Republican Legislatures in the states to pass separate election laws for State and Federal elections. State election Laws can be vetoed by a democrat governor like in Michigan but if they can't veto regulations on the federal elections of Senators and Representatives. The Constitution grants sole power to "prescribe" the "Manner" of the federal elections in Article 1 sec. 4. So the Michigan Legislature should demand separate ballots for State and Federal elections along with stronger voter ID verifications etc... If they keep them combined and pass them as "Laws" vs "Regulations" then they can be vetoed. Time to call your State Reps and Senators demanding this.
