I think the babies are grown in a lab. I don't think they are transgender but they aren't human boys and girls- they mix it up in the lab. Look at their necks and heads- not human. Look up rick ocasek from the cars when he got old. Or mick Jagger orrod Stewart. Old woman or whatever.
