Good questions. These are questions that investigative reporters of the MSM once asked. Not anymore. We are the news now.
No one in the media is asking about the bright flashes as it went down. We are meant to believe it failed in the basement area but that doesn't. Explain why it crumbled all the way up as it went down. They owners had to know it would fail certification since inspection has been going on for three years with troublesome reports. Insurance upgrades or changes will be the smoking gun.
Failing the certification would nullify insurance policy.
To me this reeks of insurance fraud and mass murder.
At very least, gross negligence and reckless disregard for human life.
