You are right. The states had the responsibility of seating the true winner of the election and chose not to do so. The Constitutional remedy to set the matter right, rested solely with them - and they blew it. This is what needs to be investigated along with what led to the theft. They most certainly are not to escape their negligence and outright corruption. There is no Constitutional mechanism to place Trump in the White House at this stage. If Biden is removed, Heels Up Harris becomes our new CIC. If she is also brought down it then falls to Nancy Pants. You cannot overturn the Electoral College vote because you didn't like the outcome.
