Probably no one, to be honest. I used to believe there was some sort of global cabal out there pulling strings, subverting and manipulating people. But the more I look around, the more I'm pretty sure it's just internal decadence. Our recent ancestors elevated our cultures to their absolute peak (around the 1950s), and since then, a continuous stream of retarded generations (boomers, Gen X, milennials, zoomers, etc) have been pissing it all away in various ways.
It's pretty unbelievable to think that some kikes could actually be that cunning and resourceful that they'd invade and destroy white countries and cultures. It's probably more like real disease, where typically only the weak experience extreme symptoms or death. If our cultures were still strong, stable, and nationally oriented, there's no way anyone could fuck with us. But because of the decadence, it becomes easy for these predatory globalist types to pick away at us.

You're right that our own decadence and whatnot is a main cause. But the patriarchial culture you mention was very specifically destroyed with the Gramscian Marxism / dialectic fusion, which undeniably has its roots in judaism, ensconced within our schools following WWII. The power of the kike-led subversion is that all they have to do is destroy the conscience and then without the checks and balances of a strong alleigance to higher authority and a pure moral code, we will allow our own degeneracy to destroy us for them.
What you're saying reminds me of what Yuri Bezmenov talked about, his 4 stages of subversion. The first was demoralization, which involved basically exactly what you're talking about here. He believed most of that stage was completed around 1985. I'd say it continues to this day but, he was probably right that the brunt of it was done around that time.
